Here allow me a moment to say what I may not hereafter have so fitting an op- portunity of doing that the moderation iu spirit, words and mauner which Mr Hayllar has shewn on this occasion baa marked his whole couduct during the long period he has filled the office of Attorney General. Such conduct produces respect for the law, is a benefit to the Colony, and a very great aid to the Judge,
